Bahrain’s leading telecom service provider Batelco has rolled out a fully-integrated cloud-based digital education service that aims to improve the operational efficiency of the Kingdom’s educational institutes including nurseries, schools, as well as higher-education institutes. Batelco teamed up with Identigy, a leading identity-driven solution provider, to design and develop the new service. It was recently demonstrated live at a local event just before the official launch. “With Smart Education Solution parents too can be a part of their children’s lives with features such as bus and rider management, time and attendance, and many more,” Batelco claims.

The cloud-powered digital education service comes with some beneficial features such as student wallet, cashless payments, student and staff attendance management, campus access control, and bus management and geolocation tracking, to name a few. More importantly, the platform it is based on can connect everyone with everything, which further boosts schools and universities to increase efficiency while simultaneously integrating and securing their communities.
