Event-tech startup Eventtus Launches new office in Riyadh

Aug 28, 2019

With the company’s footprint in Saudi Arabia and the broader region expanding fast with each passing quarter, Eventtus seems to have decided that the time is ripe to open up a new front. Subsequently, the leading event-tech company announced Tuesday that it is going to have a new office in the city of Riyadh.

The Riyadh office will be the third for the company which already has offices in Cairo and Dubai.

Notably, the decision to launch the new office comes after two years Eventtus first dived head-first into the Saudi market by establishing partnerships with top events and conferences throughout the Kingdom.

The time of the launch is also a pretty strategic one considering that the event industry in Saudi Arabia has been witnessing exponential growth for a while now. To put that into perspective, the year 2018 alone had more than 10,000 events throughout the Kingdom with an estimated net turnout of 3.5 million.

"We're very excited to launch in Saudi Arabia! The market is opportune and we're quite keen to provide every event organizer with the tools they need to convey the best event experiences. It's going to be unprecedented,” said Mai Medhat, CEO at Eventtus.

Eventtus plans on introducing an array of sophisticated products to add value to the Saudi event management industry. These include cutting-edge attendee registration platforms, mobile event apps for conferences, lead retrieval, and qualification tools for trade shows, business intelligence, and analytics solutions, and so on.
