Kuwaiti-based Snapbook, an online photo printing service raises $1.5 million in seed funding

Snapbook, a Kuwait-based startup, and the regions only internet photo publishing service raised up to $1.5 million in seed funding from Faith Capital it was announced. The startup founded in 2016 by Abdullah Boodai, allows users to buy gifts, mobile phone cases, mugs, and photo books customized with their picture of choice. Users are also free to create their design and upload it through Snapbook’s website or apps to have their design featured on products to buy.
CEO and founder of Snapbook Abdullah Boodai, had this to say about the investment, “Snapbook intends to attain pre-eminence in the field of photo printing, and we’ll work alongside Faith Capital to achieve a lasting global presence as a company with technology driving its core value proposition and operating efficiencies.”
Snapbook currently operates and ships to over 40 countries including Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Egypt, Algeria, and Tunisia.
