As a go-to platform for holistic, tech-enabled legal solutions, Lexyom is already doing a commendable job serving startups and SMEs. Under this new partnership, it will now provide MENA startups affiliated with SBC with a personalized legal dashboard.

The dashboard will bring along a diverse range of automated legal solutions under one roof. Some of the features available include automated company formation, automated contract generation, smart storage of legal documents, and on-demand experienced lawyers, just to name a few.

From a broader perspective, the newly forged alliance will tap in on the strengths of both entities to give Lexyom just the right combination of resources to help empower SBC’s portfolio companies on the legal and regulatory fronts.
